"The Alumni Achievement Medal Award strives to identify graduates of Riverside Brookfield High School who are recognized by their high level of contribution to society. An Alumni Achievement Medal recipient serves as a role model to Riverside Brookfield High School students. The Alumni Achievement Medal Award is the highest honor the R B community can bestow upon a graduate."

Copies of the nomination form and selection criteria are also available at a variety of public places throughout the community, including village halls, public libraries and a number of businesses, by telephone (708-442-7500, ext. 107) or by fax (708-447-5570.) The Selection Committee will receive nominations through July 15, 2008 at the following address:
