INTRODUCTION:
Have you ever wanted to go to the doctor but just didn't have enough money? Malpractice insurance, HMOs and medical care given to individuals who do not have insurance or the money to pay for the medical bills have all caused the price of health insurance to rise. This rising cost in the medical field has caused doctors to have to create online doctor's offices. Patients no longer have to go to the doctor. All evaluations are done right from the computer at home.

TASK:
You are a doctor just entering the profession. Your job is to create an online doctor's office. You need to determine if your patients have any health problems. Your job is to create a thorough assessment including all areas of health for your patients. The results of this assessment will determine if you patient is healthy or not. Your online doctor's office should be in the form of a webpage. You should be able to link to each assessment.

PROCESS:
Decide what you (as the doctor) should evaluate to determine if the patient is healthy. Design an assessment for each area that you will be evaluating. Put all the assessments together for one complete evaluation for you to use for your patients. These evaluations should be in the form of quizzes, questionairre, test and other data collection.
