What counts as appropriate "work within technology"?

A range of activities can count as appropriate.  You might pre-conference with a technology mentor about a potential lesson, have a technology mentor observe your class while teaching a lesson, or post-conference with a technology mentor regarding your lesson.  You can also claim hours for technology related trainings and meetings that you attend.  Finally, you can claim hours for the time you spend preparing a technology related lesson.
