Extra Credit Opportunities

Each week the students can read an article about Biology, write a one page summary about the article and explain how the article relates to Biology.  On Friday they may turn in their article and summary and if it meets all the requirements they may earn up to 5 points extra credit.  The students may turn in one article each Friday during the school year!

 

At the beginning of each semester the students are given two homework passes.  They may use these in case of an emergency for a missed assignment (except on labs and quizzes).  If the students do not use them during the semester, they may be turned in for extra credit on the last day of the semester.  Five points each.
